Compares a value from inputs, vars, session or job with op and value.

var.op | "exists" | "eq" | "neq" | "gt" | "gte" | "lt" | "lte" | "contains" | "matches" | The comparison: exists, eq, neq, gt, gte, lt, lte, contains or matches. Numbers compare as numbers, anything else as strings. |
var.value | any | The value to compare against. Required for every op except exists; for matches it is a regular expression. |
