# network

The `network` option of an extract field.

Reads the value from a captured JSON network response instead of the page.

Type: `object`

## Keys

| Key | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
| `network.json` | `string` | A JSONPath into the response body. |
| `network.method` | `string` | The HTTP method the response's request must have. |
| `network.url` | `string` | A glob the response URL must match. |
